Safari does not have support for multitouch gestures in Windows 7. This is a master bug to discuss implementation and keep updated on progress. The first part of the bug to work on is both two finger and one finger scrolling/panning.

Marked this resolved on accident, although multitouch support is pretty good right now. We fallback on zoom and press and tap, and handle panning.
