REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this issue on macOS Ventura (13.6, 22G120/arm64) ToT using the following command:

run-webkit-tests --verbose imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/content-security-policy/reporting-api/report-to-directive-allowed-in-meta.https.sub.html

REGRESSION:

This test, previously constantly failing on macOS wk1 (regressed at 267516@main), further regressed to constantly failing on macOS (both wk1 and wk2) between 268518@main and 268541@main (commit history missing from dashboard).
