Currently there's a lot of busywork involved here, and there's no reason for this to be… so much busywork. We're not actually far from this being able to work once bug 257158 and bug 262319 are resolved, and it reduces the amount of bot-watcher work that might be necessary should WPT imports using EWS to set expectations don't put expectations in quite the right place.
