We only add EWS as status checks on commits on GitHub; we could also add status checks for post-commit, as this would make it easier to find related post-commit jobs for a given commit.
This also would make it possible to use something like update-test-expectations-from-bugzilla (once it, uh, no longer is tied to Bugzilla, see bug 257158) from post-commit, which would be beneficial from a bot-watcher point-of-view (especially when it comes to correcting expectations for the exact matrix of platforms we run in post-commit, which is a superset of what we run in EWS, which always runs the risk of putting expectations in not-quite-the-right-place).
