using current gnome-nightly (WebKitGTK 2.41.92) epiphany or MiniBrowser, i can't scroll pages with either pointer or keyboard, typing in text fields doesn't update the screen. only when the window is resized or navigated to another page, the screen updates. after a tab has been interacted with while power profile is power saving, the bug is still there even after setting it to balanced.

moving the pointer over links or clicking them shows that they didn't change position after trying to scroll, they are still there as on the screen, but the scroll position is updated after resizing

I can reproduce. Wow. That's weird.
