This Quirk was added by Bug 215329
or rdar://problem/59824469
To remove this Quirk we need to test
1. With an iPad
2. Open Safari
3. Disable Site Specific Hacks
4. Go to https://mail.yahoo.com/
5. Login
6. Create a new email
7. Tap In the To: field, to add an email address
8. Tap the first letters of the name you want to send to
9. A list of name and emails appear
10. Tap the one you would like to use
Expected:
The email address is being added to the To: field.
Before the Quirk it was not.

Hmmm I tested today
* Be with Site Specific Hacks Enabled/Disabled
* On macOs or iPad,
* On Safari or Firefox
… there is no suggestion of names when typing the first letters of the name.
I think we can remove the Quirk.

Also on Safari iOS, with the Site Specific Hacks disabled, this time the pop up list of names is shown, and on tapping it, it feels correctly the list of names.
