Description:
editing/inserting/insert-paragraph-separator-with-html-elements-crash.html

Is a constant text failure on iOS ToT and since 266884@main.

The first failure I saw on the dashboard was on 4/5/2023 at 262632@main as a flaky failure.  Then at <https://commits.webkit.org/266884@main> the test became a constant failure.  The same diff occurred with both flaky and constant failures.
