@youenn - Safari Technology Preview 181 are passing all tests now: https://wpt.fyi/results/webcodecs/videoFrame-construction.crossOriginSource.sub.html?label=master&label=experimental&aligned=&view=subtest Do we need to track anything here?

The tests are passing but is it because the tests have been modified or because the initial issue has been fixed? Youenn on June 2023 modified the tests so they would pass: https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/commit/4e288ffd7e7bb4de4e2acd10b4b7f6bc8ee3e9b4 https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/commit/e428405c2a7e87e904e09a8122b3ae9d223b59aa But I don't see anything in that commit which is about firing load events. It would be good to have a testcase just for this.
