The history looks unusual - on some queues, we have timeouts on and off - there are long periods where it happens almost 100% of the time, and long periods when it doesn't at all.
The latest failures were on bot215 and bot216, which both have a long uptime. Maybe it's state that the bots get in over time? That would still likely be a real bug, of course.
