It turns out looking for patches on Bugzilla doesn't work super well when the majority of changes come via GitHub PRs. We should instead find the EWS results via GitHub.

Per discussion with Jonathan: the vague intent is to add support for finding patches/PRs and thus EWS runs to webkitbugspy, and then move the script over to using that.
