Hi Team, As title say, this is to update 'suspendRedraw' and 'unsuspendRedraw' in SVGSVGElement.idl as per IDL Spec. Web-Spec: https://searchfox.org/wubkat/source/Source/WebCore/svg/SVGSVGElement.idl#68 It progresses four more tests in WPT. Thanks!
