With STP167, playing YouTube video while building WebKit in parallel results in the video stutters intermittently. Reproduction steps: 1. Play YouTube video 2. Start full WebKit build Expected result: Video plays smoothly Actual result: Video stutters

Music app can play music fine so this isn't a system recession. Safari 16.2 can play the video while building WebKit just fine on the same system as well.
