Trying to load AniDB page (see URL) results in totably bogus output, which does resemble a little output of 'cat <insert-your-favourite-binary>'. Not sure why this happens, the page was displaying correctly with curl backend but has been broken with the libsoup one as long as I can remember.
I tested it up to webkitgtk-1.1.6 in midori.

seems webserver cant handle clients which doesnt supports gzip decoding.
It outputs page in gzip encoding even if client doesnt sent flag that it supports it. content-encoding support is currently in development stage in libsoup bugzilla.

I can confirm this bug. I see this visiting http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ in both Midori and GtkLauncher, using libsoup 2.26.3 and webkit r45557.
