When paying one's bill at americanexpress.com, choosing a particular bank account from the dropdown reverts the selection back to default, "select a bank account". Using the mouse and using the keyboard both encounter this problem. This issue prevents users from being able to submit the form. Regression caused by http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/41772

Committed <http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/43064>. Please verify with a nightly build from <http://nightly.webkit.org> (with a revision larger than 43064), as I don't have an account, and the fix is based on a guess at what was going wrong.
