I was able to replicate twos failure on iOS 16 ToT as follows: run-webkit-tests fast/mediastream/MediaStream-video-element-video-tracks-disabled.html I was able to replicate this failure on builds as early as 260575@main but not at 260574@main and later, where it is passing. This appears to be the regression point.

Also failing on macOS when UI side compositing is enabled.
