You need a 10GbE Server running OpenSpeedTest Docker Container. now, Visit https://<server-ip>:3001 for HTTPS Version http://<server-ip>:3001 for HTTP Version Ref https://github.com/openspeedtest/Speed-Test#docker-install-instructions

FWIW, I can reproduce much slower upload than download with actual openspeedtest.net too (6GB/s vs 1GB/s). Unclear if this is an issue in WebKit or below yet.
