Hi Team,
While going through Blink's commit, I came across another failing testcase:

^ Took from Chrome bug and it fails in Safari 16.2 only while Chrome Canary 111 and Firefox Nightly 110 can type more than 39 characters.

Just wanted to raise this so we can fix this, it might be possible to do 1-1 merge but will try later.
