Bug 24970 – User profile is shifted to right side of page when there is lot of text in multitext fields

I Steps:
1. Go to http://groups.google.com/groups/profile?myprofile&hl=en
2. Sign in with google account
3. Click on Profile link
4. edit profile to fill all text fields to capacity.
5. Save Changes

II Issue: 
User profile is shifted to right end of page depending on amount of text in
text fields.

III Conclusion:
When the table's width is not specified and there is large text in one <td> of it, Chrome/Safari renders the table as 100% width as table's parent, however IE/Firefox renders the table with minimum width which can contain the content.

If replace the large text with a small text in the <td>, then Chrome/Safari has same behavior with IE/Firefox.

IV Other Browsers:
FF3: OK
IE7: OK 

V Nightly tested: 42138

Safari 15.6 differs from other browsers

I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 and as can be seen from screenshot, Safari stretches out column and does not behave aligned with other browsers. I am going to change status of this bug to "New". Thanks!
