The response never comes back.
If you try the same url but as http://webaloe.ulima.edu.pe/portalUL/ (no ssl), it will work fine and redirect you.
Given that soup's get test works fine, this must be in webkit.

I believe this is a bug in libsoup, after investigating it a bit with diegoe. I opened a bug report: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=577386.

fixed in libsoup 2.26.1. Seems can be closed.
