Click the 'Forum Tools' dropdown or 'Search' if logged in. Dropdown dialog pops open and then immediately disappears.
Did not happen with previous Nightly builds

Confirmed with r41936. This site uses a common VBulletin board, so lots of sites may be affected.

I couldn't reproduce this with the Forum Tools button in r42094.
