touchmove events are not sent anymore if the TouchGestureController was activated. Since https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=214141 addresses quite a few bugs, this bug focuses on the missing touchmove events only. The remaining aspects should be addressed in dedicated bugs/PRs.
