In https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=244686 , we started showing a custom message like: "Starting EWS tests for PR. Live statuses available at the PR page". This was for email notification for PR comments. However, we update the same message in PR description as well. There is no need to have this in PR description. We should just have the regular status-bubbles in PR description.
