This issue can be bisected to 253424@main using command:

run-webkit-tests -f --exit-after-n-failures 1 --child-processes=5 --ios-simulator --iterations=100 fast/forms/auto-fill-button/hide-auto-fill-button-when-input-becomes-readonly.html

It appears that you may need to checkout 253424@main and run with iterations to get the same failure as the bots.
