Enable the http history tests. This includes a fix to the Gtk DRT backforwardlist dumping to point to the correct ('current') history item. The remaining failing tests needs implementation of WebHistory, specifically a way for us to get the number of history items in History (LayoutTestController::webHistoryItemCount).
