For the last 6 months this site http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php has been a problem for webkit. The problems have been no animation, long delay before animation begins, jerky scrolling when animation begins, slow user input reactions. With this build WebKit-SVN-r41279 the site does not complete the load cycle... see attached
