With Xcode 14 beta 3 (14A5270f) and macOS 13.0 Ventura beta 3 (22A5295h) from July 6 2022, I'm getting the following failure during creation of "build description":

mmh, after applying the patch and upgrading to 13.0 beta 3 update (22A5295i July 11, 2022) I'm still seeing this unhelpful message at the "Create build description" step. Trying again, I can build and run WebKit from XCode. However, from command line I still get this "Create build description" failure.

I think we need to disable code signing in some tools projects, though I am not entirely sure why the error manifests with the new SDK. You could try applying the patch in <https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=242730> alongside this one.

Thanks I actually forgot to say I had to disable code signing when building from XCode as I was hitting the error from bug 242730 (but I hadn't tried the command line again after that).
