Bug 240626 – `git webkit pr` asks too many questions

Patch upload has gone from 2 questions with bugzilla (the title, and a confirm prompt) to a game of 4 questions with `git webkit pr`. I don't want to answer 20 questions at the command prompt.

Version seems pointless, but I’m not really sure how to get rid of the rest. 

webkit-patch bugs are truly awful, not even having a description. Seems better to not have a bug at all than a one like this.
