I'm starting to use WinRTC, but I didn't found the nuget packed called: Microsoft.WinRTC.Simple.Videoconferencing.AppRtc referenced in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNtn0Oa8rxI

AppRTC is an application example that seems to be embedded in MS WinRTC, this repo is about WebKit.
