Currently EWS run is associated with a commit. So, we miss the link to the EWS run
1. when we upload a new change via git webkit pr, link to the results of previous EWS run miss
2. when the patch is merged into merge-queue, merged PR does not leave a link to the final EWS run.
We want to see these EWS data so that we can see how things are improved, how things are regressed.
One example I encounter: I have different set of regressed tests on the latest EWS, so I would like to check the previous run and diff the results with code changes to identify what bug is introduced newly with new patch.
