imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/webrtc/protocol/rtp-clockrate.html

The first failure that I saw on the dashboard for iOS was 4/7/2022 at r292527, but this does not appear relevant to causing this issue.  The first failure that I saw on the dashboard for macOS was Big Sur on 3/11/2022 at r291156, and Monterey was 4/14/2022 at r292859, but neither appear relevant to causing this issue.
