At http://webkit.org/contact.html the link pointing to "DOM Interfaces" (http://webkit.org/docs/hierarchy.html) on the side bar returns 404.

Looks like the entire /docs directory is missing.  From what I can tell looking in the Internet Archive, it was formerly a completely Doxygen-generated folder.

Remove "DOM Interfaces" Link

This patch just removes the link from the navigation sidebar.  I search the wiki [1] and didn't find a really suitable replacement link.
