On the trackpad, please allow users to pinch-zoom and scroll at the same time! At the moment, we aren't able to do this. You have to take your fingers off the trackpad to switch from pinch-zooming to scrolling and vice versa. It's quite an annoyance and harms the trackpad user experience. Also, Safari for iPad does allow you to pinch-zoom and scroll at the same time on the touchscreen, so I don't think this would cause any issues to allow this on trackpads too. If anything, it makes more sense and is more natural to be able to do this on trackpads because they require 2 fingers for scrolling. On the iPad, only 1 finger is necessary for scrolling.
Device tested on is MacBook Air with M1 chip

Sorry for the ping but any update on this? Using the new 16 inch MacBook Pro now and I find myself trying to do this even more often because it has such a huge trackpad. And like I said in the first comment, Safari on the iPad already allows this on the touchscreen and it works really great, so we know it's possible and I'm sure it would be fine. This would really be a huge upgrade to the Mac trackpad experience, please do this!
