I've seen this on a few different websites, but officedepot.com is sufficient to reproduce. For every navigation on officedepot.com, Ephy Tech Preview downloads an empty file named "ipv6". This doesn't happen with Firefox.
I *think* this is due to the libsoup 2 -> libsoup 3 that we just made when switching GTK 3 -> GTK 4.

Hmm, problem is you fixed that bug three days ago. We have successful runtime builds today and yesterday, so your change would surely have reached Tech Preview by now. Maybe something similar but different?

It really happens every single time, at least for me. Maybe you don't have an IPv6 address?
