Speedometer is bumping version to 2.1. 

First add new plan files for speedometer2.1 and each previous version
Secondly shortcuts speedometer and speedometer2 should point to the current version of speedometer (2.1)

Weird that git isn't showing the symlink and just the name of the file but I confirmed that unapplying and applying the patch does the right thing.
