It seem to be that DOLT has a bug and should be fixed. DOLT config check dont fallback to libtool if DOLT isn t installed on system. the Compile will be break after this.

Hi. As discussed in IRC, please run autogen.sh again to regenerate the configure and GNUmakefile.
