WPT.fyi reports no such failure. There must be a sync issue on our end somehow. https://wpt.fyi/results/css/motion/animation/offset-rotate-interpolation.html?label=master&label=experimental So, this used to pass 100% but regressed with r287909, the fix for bug 218880. This is the test that regressed:
