This is happening on a (very very) recent macOS Monterey with ToT WebKit. This doesn't happen in AppKit-based apps on the same system. It makes WebKit feel comparatively worse. Doesn't happen in Chrome. |
Created attachment 449166 [details] Repro See attached video. From looking at the video frame by frame, it looks like there's one frame where the page doesn't scroll, and then the next frame where it scrolls 2x as far. Qualitatively, it feels pretty uncomfortable to me.
