The change landed in https://commits.webkit.org/r287137 has issues that need addressing.
  ANGLE doesn't need to create symlinks as it goes WebCore.frameworks.
  The create symlink script for WebCore, WebGPU & WebInspectorUI had the output in outputFileListPaths instead of outputPaths.
