With Firefox now supporting `hyphenate-character` in their (upcoming) version 97 (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1746187), perhaps now's a good time to unprefix `-wekbit-hyphenate-character`?

The CSSWG just confirmed that an unprefixed hyphenate-character can be shipped: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/6887#issuecomment-1016667299
