Scenario:
Precondition:
Active WebRTC call
Steps:
1. Put browser in the background
2. Open Youtube app
3. Play a song
4. Put Youtube app in the background
5. Relaunch Safari
Actual result:
Safari freezes when navigating to Youtube and back to the active WebRTC call. The only way to stop this behaviour is by reloading the page.
Expected result:
Safari is usable

Looking at logs, this is indeed an issue when disposing Audio units, which is supposed to be fixed in iOS 15.2 betas.
