Steps to reproduce:-
In "Website Settings" of Safari, set the microphone's permission to "Allow". Open page "https://ashishanand26cs.github.io/samples/src/pagereload" on any iOS 15.1 device
Follow below step :-
a) Create PWA
b) Click 'Capture audio'</li>
c) There will be a yellow panel of mic capture on top. Click on the panel
d) On the "Stop audio recording popup" click cancel
e) Observe page reload(BUG)

The fix for this issue was needed outside the WebKit project, therefore this is being resolved as 'Moved'.
This issue should be fixed in an upcoming iOS 15.4 Beta.
