Steps:
1. Go to URL above
2. Wait a minute or so
3. New tab pops up and becomes active.
4. Wait some more.
5. Goto 3
What is the expected result?
Popup blocker should pick this up.
What happens instead?
A new window gets launched after every minute.

Disabling plug-ins prevents the issue entirely, fwiw. Changing title.

A plug-in can do anything - it can completely bypass the browser engine, and display a native window.
