Changes to metadata/contributors.json shouldn't run builds (only style/tools tests). See: Bug 232587: Add ddkilzer's GitHub name to contributors.json - Ran style and webkitperl. - Did not run webkitpy, but should. - Did not need to run any builds or other tests.
