Stuck in this download window

After tapping a download link in a site in standalone mode, a download window shows. It's not possible to close that window to return to the site.

You can reproduce this on https://standalone-download.glitch.me/

Steps to reproduce
1. Create a website that can be opened in standalone mode
2. Add the website to your homescreen and open it
3. Click a link within the same scope with a download attribute


I was using iOS 13 when I originally reproduced this bug, bug I can still reproduce it after updating to the latest version (15.0.2)
