I was not able to reproduce the timeout locally on BigSur using run-webkit-tests --force -1 --debug --iterations 50 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 webgl/1.0.3/conformance/glsl/bugs/long-expressions-should-not-crash.html -f
