I get long periods of blank tiles scrolling https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/compare/7e8e1149da8d...6f885d045da7 in at build at r283088.

Now I can no longer reproduce it. Seems like I had a tab in a bad state somehow.

Seems to happen when I move a window between screens.
