Is flaky timing out on iOS and flaky timing out and crashing on macOS Release.

I was not able to reproduce the timeout locally on BigSur using run-api-tests TestWebKitAPI.WebpagePreferences.WebsitePoliciesAutoplayQuirksAsyncPolicyDelegate --release --iterations 50

This test is still frequently timing out on iOS, less frequently on macOS.
