We don't need "./" in the command invocations in buildbot configuration for build.webkit.org. All of our EWS configuration do not use that. We should make build.webkit.org configuration consistent with EWS configuration and remove "./" from command invocations.

e.g.: Replace: 'python3 ./Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests' with 'python3 Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests'
