Some internal test infrastructure needs the ability to check the state of the "emu" nvram variable. Let's allow this access when running on an apple-internal system to avoid spurious sandbox violation reports.

The Mac-AS-debug-wk2 test failure is not relevant; these sandboxes are not used at all on macOS.
