This is sort of a useless bug report, because I do not have a backtrace, and I don't have a reproducer either, but we have some recent regression that causes newly-created web processes to sometimes become unresponsive and never load any web content. All loads, including new API requests, will just stall.
I believe 2.32 is fine and 2.33.1 was bad, so the regression is *probably* in between those two releases. But since I don't have a reproducer, it's impossible to be sure. And that's a pretty wide span of commits. :/
